  • Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting students’ behavioral success and fostering their growth in educational settings.
  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plans: Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based interventions and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed to support student needs.
  • Monitor
  • Progress: Collect and document data on student behavior and progress to ensure effective implementation of intervention strategies.
  • Support
  • Interventions: Assist in designing, adapting, and executing interventions tailored to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the educational team.
  • Collaborate with
  • Teams: Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions to provide input on students’ behavioral needs and progress.
