1 behavioral support and therapeutic interventions to children with autism using ABA principles. Implement individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed progress documentation across home, clinic, and community settings.
Requires 40-hour RBT training and previous PCA experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Candidates must obtain FBI fingerprint, PA Child Abuse, and PA Criminal Background clearances.
Position Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated PCA professionals to join our growing team. This role involves delivering 1:1 behavioral support and therapeutic interventions to children with autism and other developmental needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The PCA works under the supervision of a BSC and plays a critical role in helping children develop communication, social, and self-regulation skills. This is a deeply rewarding opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a tangible difference in the lives of children and families.
Education: No degree required (degree preferred).
40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training required.
PCA experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required. Ability to remain calm, supportive, and solution-focused during behavioral incidents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. High level of professionalism, integrity, and dependability.
