  • This remote internship offers nursing students a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and healthcare education. You will collaborate with nursing and cross-functional teams to refine educational resources, ensuring our content is clear, relevant, and supportive of the modern nursing student's journey. It is an ideal role for a future nurse looking to explore the intersection of technology, pedagogy, and professional development outside of a traditional healthcare settings. Primary Responsibilities Student-Centric Quality Review: Collaborate with the content team to audit nursing practice questions and rationales; you will provide a "student’s-eye view" to ensure explanations are clear, cross-reference content with current nursing textbooks for consistency, and identify areas where rationales can be simplified or expanded to better support peer learning. Platform Feedback: Provide user experience feedback on digital learning tools, helping our developers make the interface more intuitive for nursing and healthcare study sessions. Curriculum Research: Assist in tracking changes to state board requirements and emerging trends in nursing school curricula to keep Kaplan materials ahead of the curve. Resource Development: Help draft supplemental study guides, blog posts, or social media educational snippets tailored to the needs and "pain points" of current nursing students. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in remote meetings with tech, marketing, and education teams to help align our products with the modern student experience.
