  • Job Responsibilities ● Assist the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities, including small-group and individual support.● Help maintain a structured, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.● Prepare classroom materials, organize supplies, and assist with routine tasks.● Support students with varying learning needs under the direction of the teacher.● Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.● Encourage positive behavior and reinforce classroom expectations.● Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students to support daily classroom operations.
