  • Job Responsibilities Mission Implementation ● Actively engage in living the mission of Immaculate Conception Catholic School, as a member of “a community of one Spirit in Christ Jesus.” ● Live the mission of the Catholic Church in daily life, as defined by the Christian Witness statement and the gospel of Jesus Christ. ● Provide the instruction and learning environment that will enable each student to experience growth of the whole child at the appropriate age, grade level, and individual capacity Job Requirements ● Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and support early learning standards and milestones. ● Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that supports active learning and fosters children’s growth. ● Monitor and assess student progress, including academic, behavioral, and social development, and effectively communicate observations to parents and school administration. ● Foster strong partnerships with families by maintaining regular, open communication, addressing concerns proactively, and encouraging parent involvement in classroom activities and student learning. ● Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support cohesive instruction and implement programs that enhance student success. ● Organize classroom materials and routines to optimize instructional time and motivate student engagement and independence. ● Establish and maintain positive classroom management practices that promote self-regulation, respect, and a strong sense of self-worth among students. ● Support a positive school culture by working cooperatively with staff and administration and building respectful, supportive relationships with students and families.
