Responsibilities
Execute lesson plans and instructional materials provided by absent teachers, ensuring a seamless continuation of the learning process. Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and learning. Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to classroom management, attendance, and discipline. Uphold the school's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by treating all students with respect and sensitivity. Communicate effectively with regular classroom teachers, sharing insights about the day's activities and any notable occurrences. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
