- Duties: Create individualized and/or small groups scope of learning based on students strengths and needs for the entirety of the program.
- Utilize existing curriculum programs including, but not limited to: Arts and Letters, FUNdations, Wilson, IXL. Identify any additional resources needed, and liaison with the Summer Program Coordinator and EMS Administrative staff to obtain. Provide training to summer teachers on overall scope and expectations of the reading program. Ensure alignment with Arc or Learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literacy, Reading, or related field preferred Experience developing reading curriculum or intervention programs Knowledge of Arts and Letters, FUNdations, Wilson, IXL, or similar platforms preferred Ability to create differentiated learning plans for individual and small groups Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Experience training or supporting instructional staff preferred Ability to align curriculum with academic standards and program goals Ability to complete tasks within program timelines
