Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood or Special Education Teacher to join our team, focusing on early intervention for children aged birth to 2 years old. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the developmental needs of young children with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct instruction and support in various developmental areas, including communication, social skills, and motor skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification/licensed in Early Childhood Education or Special Education (Birth-2yrs old)
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and team members.
