Salary Range

$57,500-$75,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Redford, Michigan. This full-time role will support the district's ASD classrooms across three buildings, all within a three mile radius from each other. You’ll work alongside another speech-language pathologist in each of the buildings, as well as a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply! Requirements

Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Michigan state licensure or eligibility. Candidates must have or be eligible for the CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
