Salary Range

$62,000 - $80,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed, you’ll join a dynamic team of professionals working toward a shared goal of fostering student success and personal growth. We pride ourselves on providing unmatched clinical support, ongoing collaboration, and professional development throughout the school year. We are seeking a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 26-27 school year. You will collaborate with the district's SLPs to navigate and coordinate caseloads so that they are distributed equally amongst the team. You would also help with Early Childhood referrals and evaluations. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys a variety in their caseloads and is well versed at collaborating within a team. Part-time applicants would also be considered (three days a week minimum).

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. · Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. · Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. · Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. · Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. · Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). · Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA). · Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for Michigan state licensure. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is also required or must be obtainable.
