Support the Head of Program in developing a Christ-centered volleyball program by providing quality instruction and mentoring athletes. Responsibilities include planning practices, coaching games, and ensuring compliance with school and TAPPS policies.

Support the Head of Program in building a Christ-centered volleyball program that develops skill, character, and teamwork. Provide quality instruction, model CCA’s mission and values, and help ensure program consistency, safety, and TAPPS compliance for Varsity (assistant/JV) and/or Middle School teams.

Key role responsibilities
Assist in planning and running practices focused on fundamentals, skill progression, and game preparation.
Coach games as assigned; implement varsity strategies or age-Appropriate schemes for middle school.
Mentor athletes spiritually and relationally; integrate biblical truth and prayer into team life.
Communicate clearly and promptly with players, families, head coach, and ad.
Support athlete evaluation, feedback, and individual development plans.
Help with scouting, game-Day management, substitutions, and in-Game adjustments.
Enforce tapps and school policies (Eligibility, documentation, safety, conduct).
Assist with logistics: Equipment, facility setup, transportation coordination, and volunteer assignments.
Participate in coach meetings, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
Represent cca with professionalism and christ-Like character at school and community events.
Candidates must have a mature faith in Jesus Christ and coaching experience at the high school, middle school, or club level. A bachelor's degree and teaching certification are preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
