Market context

Indiana medical-surgical nursing faculty role

Indiana nursing programs commonly look for experienced clinicians who can teach medical-surgical content, so demand often centers on faculty with both advanced credentials and classroom experience. This role is competitive because an earned master’s or doctoral degree in nursing, plus 2–3 years of teaching and in-classroom instruction, narrows the applicant pool. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then tailor your application to highlight teaching examples and med-surg expertise.
