This role is part of our Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and also supports families across other early learning, child development, and family services programs. What You’ll Do Family Engagement & Outreach: Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts, conduct eligibility interviews, and welcome families into the program. Case Management & Goal Setting: Partner with families to create personalized Family Goal Plans and connect them with community resources. Crisis Support & Referrals: Provide crisis intervention and referrals to emergency services. Parent Involvement & Advocacy: Foster strong partnerships with parents, staff, and community organizations. Event Planning & Facilitation: Plan and host family events that reflect parent interests and promote connection. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and submit reports in alignment with ECEAP standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with preschool, therapy, and support staff to ensure consistent services.
