Overview

What you can expect to do. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring operations. This role is responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, maintaining candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from application through onboarding support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working with recruitment software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Understands and implements SESI’s philosophy. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Manage calendars across multiple stakeholders and resolve scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system (ATS) Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required- advanced education preferred Understanding of Microsoft office applications, including Excel and Teams. 1 year of administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience Experience using CRM platforms and/or ATS systems Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office High attention to detail and accuracy
