Market context
Adjunct clinical nursing roles in Pennsylvania are often shaped by steady demand for instructors who can support hands-on student learning in medical-surgical settings. These positions are competitive because schools typically look for a valid PA RN license, a BSN or MSN, and recent clinical experience, while BSN-prepared candidates may need a clear plan to complete graduate study.
