- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Team Coordinator to act as a central pillar of operational coordination across the broader People department.
- This is an ideal role for a high-initiative early-career professional eager to grow rapidly within the People function by taking full ownership with a sense of urgency and foresight – someone who thrives on anticipating needs and ensuring all logistical and administrative hurdles are cleared before they arise.
- Key Responsibilities Calendar & Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics for department-wide meetings, including managing room reservations across the office and ensuring all necessary materials and technology are prepared.
- Resolve complex scheduling conflicts with other EAs and senior staff, and provide dedicated administrative and logistics support to key People team leaders in internal or cross-departmental logistics.
- Project Support: Assist with project-based work to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- General Execution: Act as a proactive central point of contact for the team, performing general execution tasks with a forward-looking lens to ensure all departmental processes and events run seamlessly.
- Communication & Preparation: Draft and proofread internal correspondence and meeting agendas, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as an on-site face of the People organization, embodying the values and culture of Success Academy for all staff and visitors.

- Experience: Bachelor’s degree; 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coordination, administrative, or office management role (internship experience in HR or Talent is a plus).
- Technical
- Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar); familiarity with tools like Workday or Greenhouse is preferred.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Organizational
- Mastery: Extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible.
