The BCBA will develop and oversee caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans delivered via telehealth. They are responsible for coaching and modeling evidence-based strategies for caregivers to support children with autism in their natural environments.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience and 1 year of telehealth supervision experience are required.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, caregiver-mediated ABA services. This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful progress in their child’s natural environment.
This BCBA will partner closely with families to model, coach, and reinforce evidence-based strategies in real time. The role may also contribute to innovative service delivery models, including digital tools and asynchronous supports, to enhance caregiver engagement and continuity of care.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who values a collaborative, family-centered approach, is skilled in translating clinical concepts into practical strategies, and thrives in a flexible, tech-enabled environment.
Compensation for this role is hourly W2, with rates determined based on factors such as experience, geographic location, and language capabilities. On average, compensation for this position is equivalent to approximately $100,000 annually, though individual compensation will vary based on qualifications and other factors.
