POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a remote Neuroradiologist to join our evening shift team. This opportunity offers a variety of flexible scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle, while providing the support and stability of a collaborative, quality-driven hybrid academic-private practice. Flexible Scheduling & Shift Details: 7-on / 7-off 12-on / 9-off 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM 100% Remote-work from the comfort of your home Collaborative team environment-never work alone, even during evenings Serve a focused, regional client base-not a nationwide telerad model While the standard schedule is 7-on / 7-off, we are open to discussing alternative shift structures that better align with your lifestyle or availability Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Optional per-click moonlighting during your off-weeks-no commitment required, read when you choose Full benefits package with pre-tax deductions for educational and business-related expenses Licensing and credentialing support handled entirely by our dedicated staff What You Can Expect: Case mix: 70% Neuroradiology with a mix of general/emergency cases No mammography required Work tailored to your strengths, with subspecialty radiologist support available Strong relationships with referring physicians and consistent clinical exposure to a defined group of facilities Technology & Tools: Our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure ensures efficiency and seamless collaboration across the practice: Unified PACS platform connecting all RAF sites with a smart, subspecialty-aware worklist Built-in communication tools for easy case sharing, consultations, and real-time support 24/7 access to radiology assistants and dedicated IT support Advanced AI-powered tools Automatic detection of urgent findings (e.g., intracranial hemorrhage, fractures, pulmonary embolism) AI-assisted searches for evidence-based guidelines and decision support Generative AI integrated into PowerScribe for automatic, personalized impression generation DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO), residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) Fellowship-trained in Neuroradiology (1-year post-residency) CAQ in Neuroradiology preferred Medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Florida Fellows and residents encouraged to apply COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $500,000-1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. LOCAL PRACTICE OVERVIEW RAF is a leading radiology practice in Florida. We serve the most prestigious, established health systems in the state, including on the east and west coasts, the Florida Panhandle, and the Keys. Our scale affords our practice stability and affords our radiologists flexibility in study mix and scheduling. We also recognize that scale alone does not beget excellence. We are quality-oriented, and we practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty-level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists. Our state-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets. Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large, rather than in a few founders or a small group of shareholders. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. In Sarasota, our physicians' staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments. Our diverse group of radiologists work and socialize together in our communities around Florida. Even between our communities across the state, we are one practice.
