Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD. Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress. Develop/create teaching materials and visuals Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
