We specialize in delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) collaborates closely with families to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD. Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress. Develop/create teaching materials and visuals Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
