About the role

The Mental Health Professional provides individual and group counseling to students while collaborating with educators and families to implement behavior plans. They also conduct crisis interventions and lead social-emotional learning sessions to support student development.

As a Mental Health Professional at New Story Schools, you will provide counseling and emotional support that helps students manage challenges and thrive academically and socially.

You will guide students through individualized interventions, promote social-emotional learning, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field along with an active PA license. A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling to children is required.
