The Special Education Paraprofessional will support students with academic, behavioral, and self-care goals by implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans under teacher guidance. This role involves assisting students with daily activities, transitions, personal care, and accurately collecting behavioral and progress data.

As a Special Education Paraprofessional at New Story Schools, you will work alongside teachers to support students’ academic, behavioral, and daily living goals.
You’ll play a vital role in helping each student succeed through direct support, patience, and encouragement.
