Job Description

St. Anne Institute is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in our early childhood education program and school age students through the residential and day services programs.

Responsibilities: Provide services according to individual IEP

Collaborating with classroom teachers, teaching assistants and therapists

Complete documentation including therapy notes, progress reports and annual testing

Evaluate preschool aged children to determine eligibility for services

Maintain open communication with parents, guardians and teachers about progress towards goals and carryover strategies

Requirements: and Education:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, New York State Occupational Therapist licensure (or in the process of obtaining), NPI number (or willingness to obtain), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
