🚀 What You’ll Do Lead high-quality group reformer classes following Club Pilates standards Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts for up to 12 clients per class Instruct using a variety of equipment including Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, TRX, and more Create a welcoming and motivating class environment for all fitness levels Provide hands-on corrections and clear instruction to ensure proper form and safety Conduct private and semi-private sessions as needed Build relationships with members to support retention and community growth Support studio operations including light sales, member check-in, and retail promotion Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For Full apparatus Pilates certification (450+ hours or equivalent) Experience teaching group Pilates classes Strong ability to cue effectively and manage group flow Energetic, positive, and engaging teaching style Confident working with all fitness levels Reliable, punctual, and professional Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed Comfortable learning studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)
