The Adjunct Assistant Professor will serve as the Course Director for Clinical Integrated Medicine III, ensuring content is current and evidence-based. Responsibilities include developing course syllabi, lectures, schedules, and facilitating student learning.
A master's degree in PA Studies or a related field and at least three years of professional experience are required. Candidates must hold current NCCPA certification and be eligible for PA licensure in Texas.

The Department of Physician Assistant Studies is the academic home for students, faculty and staff involved in the Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree curriculum. Upon successful completion of the curriculum, graduates receive an MPAS degree. Located for more than 20 years in the heart of the Fort Worth, Texas, Cultural District, our UNT Health Physician Assistant Studies program has proudly helped shape the PA's that make a difference in our community. The adjunct faculty will course direct the Clinical Integrated Medicine III course and help facilitate learning for the students enrolled in the course. The role of the Course Director is to ensure that course and exam content are relevant, accurate, current, organized, and evidence-based. Course Director is also responsible for the development, coordination, conduct, and/or support of course syllabi, course activities, course lectures, and course schedules.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to demonstrate the PA profession’s competencies to others in an educational setting.
• Previous experience in higher education is preferred.
This is a Security Sensitive Position.
