  • Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans Create a warm, nurturing, and responsive environment that supports each infant’s emotional and developmental needs.
  • Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean and inviting learning environment Provide attentive, high-quality care including feeding, diapering, comforting, and maintaining consistent routines.
  • Assist in communicating with families about their child’s progress and daily activities Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

Qualifications
