Job description
- This is a hybrid position.
- Weekly onsite presence may be required, along with occasional travel to other locations within the state and weekend support to support Epic implementation or major upgrades.

- Job Summary In collaboration with others, will be responsible for developing multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems.
- Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials.
- With assistance and in collaboration with leadership will be accountable for organizing and reporting on virtual and classroom training registration and completion.
- In collaboration with others, serve as team learning management system administrator.

- Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training, including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials.
- Participate in developing training program delivery strategies.
- Designs, writes, updates, and tests computer-based training modules.
- In collaboration with others, will serve as the team learning management system administrator.

- In collaboration with others, plans and develops course or training program content, curriculum, pamphlets, and presentations for appropriate area.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training and makes modifications to course materials and maintains orientation/in-service records, course completions, and attendance logs.
- In collaboration with others, works to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Engages in process and quality improvement activities.
- Makes and implements recommendations to improve operational efficiency and to implement new services for areas of responsibility.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the organization.
- With guidance from leadership, provides information to senior levels of management on the implication of policies and procedures being formulated and recommends specific action.
- Occasional weekend support and daytime or overnight travel may be required.
