Responsibilities
· Assists with incoming correspondence through the official school e-mail account (FSSE) account. Distributes campus wide emails through account. · Manages EHCC campus wide calendar approvals. Adds academic and student-led event information to the EHCC calendar. · Manages campus mail and packages. Reaches out to individuals to alert them of package arrivals. · Assists with event coordination such as placing catering orders, IT tickets, Facilities set up requests, drafts flyers and other project details upon request. · Assists with ASTRA space approvals and space reservations as needed. Adds events in question of approval to list for supervisor review. · Provides tours for external visitors as an ambassador of the Dean’s Office. Collaborates with supervisor and FSSE admissions recruiter on availability and subject material offered in tours. · Creates training tutorials/walkthroughs of position responsibilities for future Student Administrative Assistants. · In conjunction with supervisor, completes a brief performance review each semester. 20 hours per week All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
