Position Details

casual position - will be scheduled as-needed. Will work 3:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 2 days per week. Job Summary The Program Assistant provides assistance with scheduling of volunteer staff & patients for after school tutoring program. Essential Functions Data entry, clerical and computer tasks Maintains the database Files and copies paperwork/charts Completes reports Answers phones Completes chart audits Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
