Lead and guide student-athletes in grades 4-8 across various sports seasons to promote skill development and sportsmanship. Manage practices, games, and attendance while communicating effectively with the Athletic Director and parents.
Applicants must be at least 15 years old and are preferred to have 1-2 years of coaching or playing experience. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred or required upon hire.

Attend coaches meetings and mandatory seasonal parent meetings Promote fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student-athletes Help ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of students during practices, games, and travel Assist with related duties as required or assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to work with and coach students ages 9–13 Knowledge of or experience participating in the sport(s) of interest Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging environment for student-athletes Working Conditions May require extended periods of standing or walking Majority of time may be spent outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold Schedule may include evenings and weekends based on practice and game schedules Our Mission Our mission is to educate students for success at college and beyond and to foster kindness, respect, and integrity within a safe and nurturing environment.
