Athletic Instructors are responsible for planning and implementing a variety of athletic programs and activities for members. They also supervise gym activities and maintain equipment and facilities.

The purpose of the Athletic program is to provide social and physical development services for Boys & Girls Clubs’ members. This is accomplished through the implementation of a weekly program plan that includes teams and leagues, skills classes, tournaments and contests, games, ongoing participatory events and various other health and fitness activities. Physical activities in the gymnasium and outdoor athletics promote an individual’s group skills and offers opportunities for leadership development. Informal counseling, both individually and in groups, occurs daily in the Athletic program.
Pay is $14.50 per hour
Personal and sick time accrued after 90-day introductory period
