Bright Imaginations Preschools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Two-Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant team in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, encouraging their growth and development through play-based learning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of two-year-old children. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess children’s developmental milestones and learning progress. Facilitate interactive and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and age-appropriate. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall preschool experience. Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Experience Potty Training Toddlers Experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting Strong communication skills and a positive, nurturing demeanor. Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
