We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support and oversee special education services. Role Overview This is a part-time, contract-based position focused on supporting and supervising special education providers, rather than full-time direct service delivery. The BCBA will help ensure programs are structured, compliant, and effective for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Example Responsibilities Supervise and support special education instructors and service providers Provide guidance on behavior intervention strategies and best practices Review and help implement behavior plans and accommodations Ensure program quality and alignment with student needs Collaborate with instructors, coordinators, and school staff Offer feedback, coaching, and occasional direct observation

Qualifications
