Salary Range
$80,000-$85,000 per year LOCATION: Naperville clinic with 4 office days/1 flex after 90 days onboarding GENERAL DESCRIPTION IABA's BCBA/LCPC is a central position to IABA in supporting parent training and interdisciplinary care for children. This position is responsible for instructional design of a parent training curriculum that supports each family in understanding ABA principles as well as implementing parent goals in the home. It is preferred that the BCBA trains and understands the principles of Precision Teaching in their creation of instructional design. Additionally, this position directly surveys families using the IM+CANS working in tandem with the Clinical Director to expand clinical services beyond ABA offered at their location based on family need. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Support implementation of company-wide parent training curriculum using the principals of Precision Teaching Supporting treating BCBAs in scheduling parent training/establishing data driven goals for their families Individually meets with families concurrently to support their understanding of the principles of ABA and progress of parent training goals with treating BCBA and/or Senior BCBA. Telehealth and in-person training are supported methods of direct service delivery When needed, covers PTO & leaves via telehealth for BCBAs to ensure continuity of treatment Potential travel to sites as needed if the coverage is for a longer duration (ex: maternity leave) one time per week with option of travel reimbursement Completes IM+CANS semi-annually for all Medicaid clients at their site Conduct direct sessions with clients supportive of their IM+CANS goals which includes social skills groups Conduct direct counseling services Plan and promote family and client engagement activities within clinic and community Must be fluent in clinical documentation to include creating timesheets for RSA/RBTs under BHC tasks Oversees Community Support Work sessions and mastery of goals for families participating in the program Ensures documentation is compliant with CMS, BHC, and Medicaid insurance guidelines Attends quarterly shareholder meetings for their BHC Aggregates data with the Director of Interdisciplinary Care to make recommendations for clinical services needed beyond ABA Collaborates with Clinical Director to create a vision of services based off surveys and Director's clinical goals for their site Creates outreach for clinical services needed and not offered by IABA (ex: physical therapy) Utilizes clinical expertise by completing intake face sheet with prospective clients Once all intake documentation has been submitted to the Intakes Coordinator, provides direct support for waitlist families by guiding the clients' families through the intake process and providing clinical recommendations. Assists Clinical Director(s) and Marketing Assistant by researching potential client pipeline avenues. Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPAA laws and regulation Maintain a flexible schedule to appropriately deliver services based on client needs Billable aim is 120 with both direct and office work available for billing REQUIRED SKILLS A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Preferred experience in parent training and family centered care Ability to collaborate with others and create a shared vision Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner at all times Strong verbal, written and communication skills Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments Strong assessment and treatment planning skills DESIRED SKILLS Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience with children with developmental disabilities/autism Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience supervising and training teams Precision Teacher preferred
