A Teaching Assistant is a Graduate Student employed to assist the Course Supervisor as a Teaching Assistant in a classroom environment. Teaching Assistant Positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and the Association of Graduate Students Employed at McGill (AGSEM).
Position Summary
Responsible for assessing students' peer- and self-evaluations of project deliverables throughout the semester, offering feedback on their project progress, and assisting the instructor with in-class exercises.
Requirements
Must be thorough, diligent and consistent. Must be responsible and willing to provide in-person (virtual) and real time feedback to students.
Qualifications
