- Join our team as an Academic Support & Simulation Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in preparing future nurses for both academic achievement and success on the NCLEX-RN exam.In this role, you’ll partner with academic leadership, faculty, and staff to provide targeted support and individualized coaching for students throughout their program.
- You’ll work one-on-one and in small groups to assess learning styles, reinforce key concepts, and design personalized remediation plans—helping learners build confidence and clinical competence.In addition, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the campus simulation lab, supporting a student population of approximately 300–350 learners.
