The Resource Teacher is responsible for implementing modified instructional strategies and managing a caseload of students on support plans. They collaborate with the Student Support Team to provide interventions and support for students in Tiers 2 and 3.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in education and a current Professional Florida Educator Certificate (K-12 ESE). A background check and fingerprinting clearance through the Florida DOE are required.

State of Florida law requires fingerprinting and clearance through the Florida DOE Background Screening Clearinghouse for all school-based positions.
