Must have completed basic classes in Early Childhood Education. Minimum of 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certification required (or 3 months after hire date). Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
