The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a dependable Daycare Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through structured routines and hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with young learners in a collaborative and supportive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines and learning activities across age groups Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Assist with classroom preparation and activity setup Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Prior childcare experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
