We are a brand-new family-first, faith-based childcare center dedicated to providing high-quality care and early childhood education rooted in Christian values.

We are seeking Childcare Center Teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. The teacher will plan and implement daily educational and recreational activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Hours: Full-time, Minimum 40 hours/week or PRN/Substitute, hours vary

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences. Support children’s self-help skills and independence.
  • Create and maintain a classroom environment that is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and document children’s progress and daily activities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a licensed daycare or early childhood setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
