Requirements
Active BCBA certification in Michigan (or eligibility) Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong communication and leadership skills Conduct behavioral assessments and functional evaluations Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and behavioral therapy staff Provide parent training and caregiver support Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies Maintain documentation and insurance compliance requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
