The ELA Teacher serves as an instructional resource delivering competency-based content and personalized learning plans to graduation candidates. They are responsible for monitoring academic progress, providing remediation, and collaborating with support teams to ensure student success.
The Role As an ELA Content Coach (ELA Teacher), you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support that empowers each learner’s journey.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a Florida 6-12 secondary certification in English. At least 2 years of teaching experience is required, with a preference for those experienced with at-risk youth or non-traditional education.
