We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ELA Teacher to teach students in grades 3 through 9. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English Language Arts instruction—including grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and literary analysis—and demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. This teacher will cultivate a structured yet inspiring classroom that challenges students academically while supporting their individual growth.

Responsibilities

Teach ELA to students across multiple grade levels (3–9) following school curriculum and learning standards Design and deliver lessons that strengthen reading fluency, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing Implement effective classroom management techniques that maintain engagement and discipline Differentiate instruction for varying skill levels while ensuring academic rigor Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to monitor and support student progress Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

Qualifications
