Job description
Diversified Services Network Inc. is seeking a Facilitator to work on a long-term project. This position will be based out of the Vanderburgh County office in Evansville, IN. Essential Job Responsibilities Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants Participate in off-site program orientations as needed Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process Track workshop attendance Create monthly workshop calendar Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed Recommend workshop content, including improvements Participate in workshop content development as needed Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops Facilitate assigned staff training Other duties as assigned Education: High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Associate degree from an accredited university/college, preferred
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.) Strong computer skills Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Bilingual a plus *Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.42
