Experience

  • Professional experience in teaching Spanish at the K-12 or at the university level, and near-native fluency in written and spoken Spanish are required. Experience teaching beginning and intermediate levels, and familiarity/skill with online teaching and/or technology is a plus.

Attend meetings, trainings, professional development sessions, and other required events (required). Hold office hours and communicate with students, faculty, and office staff via email (required). Participate in the annual Foreign Language Fair (required). May teach at the SLC Center, BYU Online, or Evening School, if needed.
