Provide on-deck coaching and instruction to swimmers of all levels to improve technique and build confidence. Support the Head Coach in managing daily operations, athlete accountability, and maintaining safety standards during practices and meets.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a competitive swimming background and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Required certifications include Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR/AED, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
Previous swim coaching, teaching, or youth leadership experience. YMCA or USA Swimming experience.
