As a Counselor, you are more than just staff, you are a mentor and a role model. You’ll be the engine behind the camp’s energy, ensuring our campers have an unforgettable experience while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You will manage group dynamics, foster meaningful relationships, and lead campers through a diverse range of activities.

Age: 17+ years of age.

Commitment

  • Must be available for the full season (June 29 –
  • August 21) and required staff orientation
  • June 19- 12:00-7:00

  • AM-5:00 PM.

Reliability

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Punctuality is essential for team success.

Experience

Previous experience in summer camps, after-school programs, or youth development is preferred.

Compensation & Contract Details

  • We value transparency regarding our seasonal employment structure. Camp staff are hired on a contractual basis for the eight-week summer season. As a seasonal contractual role, compensation is structured as a fixed sum rather than an hourly wage. This total is distributed via four bi-weekly payments.
