The Role
- As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
- You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities.
- This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.
- This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation.
- New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
