Twaddler / Prepper Teacher – Early Childhood Classroom

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Twaddler / Prepper Teacher to support young learners as they transition into more structured classroom routines and early preschool learning experiences.

This role focuses on building independence, communication skills, and social-emotional development through engaging classroom activities and consistent daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for young preschool-aged children Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Support early language, social, and cognitive development Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through transitions and classroom expectations Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Prior childcare experience required CDA preferred but not required Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable and nurturing teaching approach Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
