The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Twaddler / Prepper Teacher to support young learners as they transition into more structured classroom routines and early preschool learning experiences.

This role focuses on building independence, communication skills, and social-emotional development through engaging classroom activities and consistent daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for young preschool-aged children Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Support early language, social, and cognitive development Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Guide children through transitions and classroom expectations Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications
