Responsibilities

As a Toddler Teacher, you will

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through fun, hands-on learning experiences Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily activities, milestones, and achievements Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Foster a positive atmosphere where learning and play happen seamlessly

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who

Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferred Hold a High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Meet applicable Massachusetts state licensing requirements
